Dmitriy Galkin has obtained his BSc Hons degree in Economics and Management from the University of Bristol, 2013. Her then proceeded to finish an MSc in Economics from the University of Heidelberg writing a Master thesis on the topic of subjective beliefs about rationality in collaboration with the Psychology department. From September 2017 until August 2023 he has been working as a research and teaching assistant at the Schumpeter School of Business and Economics at the University of Wuppertal. He completed his doctorate on the subject “Relative Performance Evaluation in Executive Compensation Investigating the Effects of Relative Performance Bonuses on Individual Strategies and Market Dynamics through an Experimental Approach” with summa cum laude honours.
